Cute Kaylee

My niece came down from Altlanta for a week and I had SOOOO much fun with her. She is so sweet and so helpful. She's only 14 but I find her being a great example for me. We did so much together. We went shopping, saw a movie went to the beach and I think we became pro's at guitar hero. I can't wait for her to visit again. Of course, I had to do a photo session, and I think they turned out awesome. As you can see, she was very easy to photograph:)

Cypress Trees

We went up north about 50 miles to a small town called Metter. Metter is where Ben's father is from, so it is fun to go visit and enjoy thBe beauty of it all. We stopped at this dock because the boys wanted to get out and look for fish and alligators but I was just amazed by these Cypress trees. It is honestly one of the prettiest places I've seen.

Brogan had little luck with the fish, but I think I might start putting a belt on him
Vance wanted me to come and help him look for "animals"
This is just too funny. I have been getting used to the fact that I live in a place with wild alligators.

I took the boys to the squares for a walk and it is SOOOOOO beautiful! My kids were quite bothered because I found my self more interested in the beauty than the boys walk. The flowers here in Savannah really only last about 2 weeks because a storm usually comes and blows them down so I am driving everywhere I can right now so I can enjoy all the scenery around us! After the flowers it is still amazingly beautiful with all the green and canopy of trees over all the roads. I fell so lucky to live here!

Getting bigger

I was so excited to take Grey to the dr yesterday to see how he's growing. I was relieved to see that he had gained 3lbs since his last visit, but he is still nowhere near being on the chart. He weighed 15.0lbs at 7 months. He has been doing so much over the past 4 weeks. He is finally getting used to baby food, but he loves the veggies way more than the fruit. He is pushing up onto all fours and rocking back and forth. I think he will be crawling soon. I have to keep reminding myself that he was born at 32 weeks and that it's normal for him to be a little behind right now. He is such a good, happy little baby. He already knows how to work his mama and daddy by flashing his huge dimply smile. He can light up any room. He loved to get peoples attention. I usually can't make it through a store with out getting stopped by random people to talk to him. Wow, he is such a blessing in my life right now. He reminds me of all the many reasons that I have to be happy in life. We love him to pieces!
