Saying goodbye is not easy......

Where do I even begin! Two days after returning home from Las Vegas, We received a very sad phone call from Georgia telling us that our Nephew had passed away. Jeremy was 3 years old and an extremely special spirit sent from heaven. We all knew that he was sent here to put a smile on every ones face that came in contact with him! As soon as we heard the news, we were booking fights to head out for the funeral. We took Brogan and left Vance with a friend because we knew the short trip might be hard on him! The morning we left for Georgia, We received more sad news that Ben's life long friend had passed away as well. The week was all very overwhelming. Jeremy's Funeral service was Beautiful! It really could not have been any better. The spirit was so strong! The love of The Cowart family was so apparent and It made me very happy to be part of such a wonderful family! As I watched my brother and sister n law deal with the death of their child, I gained such love and respect for them! They are exceptional parents and Jeremy is SO lucky to have them! They are in my prayers always and I wish them peace while going through this time of mourning. After Jeremy's Burial, we had to go to Ben's friends, Viewing and funeral. Tony was only 2 days older than Ben and they had been friends throughout their lives. The service was very nice but it is always hard to see so many people so sad. Words can't describe how grateful I am to be born into this church and to have to comfort of knowing that We can ALL return to live with our heavenly father. I am thankful to have a father in heaven that loves us unconditionally and is always there when we need him. I know this week was extremely hard for a lot of people, but I also know that it will get batter as time goes on. Jeremy will Always hold a special place in this family and we can't wait till we see him again! This is Jeremy when he was 2! I love his little glasses!

I am so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine losing a child. My condolences go out to the parents. I am so thankful for my knowledge of the plan of salvation and that we are eternal families. I am so sorry that you lost 2 people so close together that you were near to. They were both so young…what happened?
