Graduated?! CRAZY

My youngest brother Rhett and my foriegn exchange brother graduated this month. Seriously, I feel like Rhett was just a cute little funny kid running around the house. I am so proud of him. He is quite a good kid and he keeps us all laughing. I always enjoy spending time with him. My kids LOVE Uncle Rhett. They are always talking about how much they want to "fight" him. I think "fight" is their form of affection. Both of my boys will ask frequently if they can see pictures of him on the computer. He is an awesome uncle. I wish my kids could spend more time with him!

Eric Kentish..... my oh my. This kid came to America from Brazil without knowing any English and he has fit into our family like a glove. He is so funny. Him and Rhett really do act like brothers. They are so cute together! I seriously could listen to Eric and his akwardness all day. I try to laugh with him and not at him, but he is just too funny. He is a great kid. I have so much respect for him and what he has accomplished over the passed year.
CONGRATS RHETT AND ERIC!!!!! Class of 2010. I know you both will do something great!

the Schmid Family

While I was in AZ I took Pictures of my Nieces and Nephews. These are Ben's sisters kids and they are so dang cute. Veronica is only 2 and she has the hair of a 25 year old. Lleyton is 4 and he is so easy to take pictures of. All of her kids are adorable, I have to basically BEG her to let me take pictures of them. She actually has 4, but I didn't have any of her oldest boy left on my computer. Thanks Ali, for letting me use your cute kids!

This hair is just to DIE for!
She was pouting.... but we will just say she was praying;)

Back with the boys

I took a very short trip to Arizona in April to take some senior pictures of my brother Rhett. I was only there over the weekend, but it was a great trip. I spent most of my time playing games with my family and enjoying girl time with my mom. I only took Grey with me and so it was very easy. My mom took me shopping and out to eat to some of my favorite places. Both my parents picked me up from the airport and took me on a their Friday night date to Claim Jumper. I felt just like a little girl again. Grey was so spoiled by everyone. He was a little overwhelmed but he was such a trooper with the time change and new faces. I was sad it was such a short trip, but on the other hand, I missed my other boys so much and was ready to get back to them by the end of the trip.

A little P & P

Pizza and Park! I love grabbing a $5 pizza and heading out to the park. We normally eat the middle of the pizza and save the crust for the ducks. The boys just LOVE to watch the ducks. I had to teach Vance that its not nice to chase them, but he is slowly catching on.

Brotherly love

Yes. we still have our occational BAD fight, but my boys love eachother so much. They are so protective of one another and they have the craziest imaginations. They like to "talk on the phone to eachother". They hold anything up to their ear and think they can communitcate better that way. They are so funny together. Their personality's are so opposite but they mesh well together. I just can't wait to watch them get older and grow closer and closer.

toe time

I remember my other babies playing with their toes, but Grey is ALWAYS grabbing his toes. Normally they are in his mouth.

Sink Bath

Grey loves the sink bath. He will sit there forever, trying to understand why he can't grab the water

Go DAWGS

Of course we had to go to Athens to see the Bulldogs play their spring scrimage. My boys are so obsessed with the "Georgias" If we see a Florida Gator bumber sticker, t-shirt, team exc.... they will both yell "EWWW stupid Gators". They were so into the game yelling, "GO GEORGIA BULLDOGS" every 10 seconds. I think they know what college they want to go to.
Brogan is always cheesin' it

Easter 2010

Easter was perfect this year. David and Steven (2 of Ben's brothers) brought their families to Savannah and we had so much fun with them. Since we were in FREEZING cold in Indiana during Christmas, we told the boys they would get bikes for Easter. (we figured they wouldn't be able to ride them until the snow melted) Well, we had to keep true to our word, so Easter morning was a huge hit at Grandma and Grandma's when they woke up to bikes. It was so cute to see their excitement. They also got coloring books and gardening tool. My mom had sent them an Easter basket full of candy so they were good in that department. I will just let her be the fun Grandma that gives them yummy treats. After we were up and ready, we took a trip to our nephew Jeremy's grave site. He passed away 2 years ago after only a short 3 years on this earth. The boys love talking about him. He is Vance's age so we talk about him quite often. It was nice for the cousins to talk about and remember him on that beautiful Easter Morning. After that we headed to a park for a cook out. The men grilled BBQ chicken and the women kept the kids under control and helped with the egg hunt. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. I am so blessed to be married into this family. They are so good to me and make me feel so welcomed. The kids LOVE spending time with any of their cousins. I can't wait until we have another family gathering!

My Nieces, Alexis Jilly and Emma. Emma was just adopted by David and Joy and she has been such a sweet little addition to this family.
