"The Kingdom"

So I just ran across these pictures and thought they were pretty funny! They are from when I worked on "The Kingdom" with Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner! I was 8 months pregnant so that is why I look HUGE! All though I had a lot a fun getting to be there with all the "Stars" It was hard work! I just signed with this agency that got me this job, so we will see what happens!

MORE DECORATING!

Vance thought he would help with the process of selling our house! He thought that there was not enough color so he woke up one morning (before we did) and he got into the paint! This is just some of the mess, but it is terrible! I really don't know why I want to share these things with people! I guess it is just for my own self to remember! WHat am I going to do with him?????

MY B-DAY!

My birthday was on the 24th and I had such an awesome day! Ben took me out for the day with out the kids and it was really nice! I got so much for my Birthday! I can't believe how spoiled I am! I got a new camera, 2 dressers, jewelry and a lot more little things! I got a really expensive pair of coach shoes that I made Ben return the next day! My mom also spoiled me with a tiffany's necklace and bracelet! I had such a good birthday this year! It was so nice just to be with my husband and have no worries all day!

We finallymade the switch!

I was so scared to put Vance into a big boy bed because I knew that I was not going to be able to sleep in any more! We finally did it and it has been great! He really surprised me by doing great with it! We read a book, say prayers and then he climbs right into bed! Last night we did have bit of a problem because the cat went in and woke him up at 3am! We just let him play with the cat for a couple hours until he passed out on the couch! Now we just have to lock the cat up at night!

This is very uncommon!

so I always get so weirded out by my friends kids falling asleep anywhere, any place, any time, Because my kids only sleep in their bed! I was so surprised to find Vance asleep in his lunch! He must have been REALLY tired! I thought it made for a cute picture!

My typical grocery experience!

Why must things be so hard? By the time I am done shopping with my boys, I am ready for a week of hibernation! Brogan is normally my good, easy one, but for some reason, he really has been needing mommy's attention lately! He really wanted to chew on my Mountain Dew bottle (yes, no mistaking him for mine!) but I would not let him. that made him scream the whole time. Little did I know that my other son was downing a package of hot dogs.... Plastic wrapper and all! Yep, I still had to pay for them and throw the rest away! AWESOME! Vance can no longer ride in the cart with my food because he eats everything in sight!

Our Getaway!

This weekend Ben and I decided to get away and go stay at The Point South Mountain for 3 days. My friend Sara kept the kids and we just went for some relaxation. The resort was really not that great! I think that we have just been too spoiled by other resorts in the past! The water park was okay, but I was too scared of the big slides so Ben was the only one that enjoyed them! By the 2nd day I was about to die! I missed my kids so much! I think once you get used to always being around your kids, life gets really boring with out them. We did enjoy getting to focus on each other and nobody else! It was amazing that we got to go out to dinner 2 nights in a row and see a movie with out the kids! I give Sara a lot of credit for keeping the boys. She said they were really good, but I still kind of can't believe it!

Our small family 4th!

We decided that we were too tired on the 4th of July to actually go anywhere, so we just stayed home and watched fireworks form our balcony. It is kind of awesome because we can pretty much see all of mesa from our balcony and Schnepf Farms is only about 4 miles away so we got a pretty good show. It was fun until Vance all of the sudden got really scared and wanted to go inside. It was really weird because there is not a lot that scares him!

The Lake!

So we went to the lake with The Tignini's! (family) We had so much fun! It was so worth how I feel today! I am so sore! I could barely get out of bed this morning! Vance was really cute. He loved watch his mom and dad wake board. Bro stayed home with Aunt Jami. We figured he is still a bit young for the lake!
